Who will be the first signing of Netherlands international manager Louis van Gaal in january, when the Winter transfer window re-opens is the main theme for the British press speculations. The-22-year old France international striker Nabil Fekir is heavily linked with a move to Manchester United. Different British media outlets have already connected Frenchman with Manchester United and Liverpool.
Both EPL giants will try to find their luck and complete striker deal in January. Fekir has already scored 18 goals in 49 league appearances for Lyon.
Marseille legend Jean-Pierre Papin said: “He has to go to a big club. That is no longer Lyon today. I would have liked to see him play for the Lyon who was crowned seven-time champion of France. This is a boy who has his head on his shoulders and I think he should leave very soon.”
